The returned goods and products will be checked together with the receipt. The goods must be in good condition, and the packaging must remain in its original condition and original shipping container as received.
If the goods or products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund. GBVita is also not responsible if your shipment is lost during return transit.
Once we have checked and confirmed the returned goods or products, the customer will receive a refund within 7 to 14 days after confirmation.

- Products must be unused and in good condition.
- Original packaging and shipping container should be preserved where possible.
- Used, altered, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for refund.
